We are currently exploring ‘water’ as part of our World Around Us topic. We have been learning all about the water cycle and how it works. We carried out an experiment in our class to watch how water vapours rise and then cool into water droplets that fall back down. We used a large bowl with boiling water (the sun), an empty bowl (the sea) and some cling film (clouds) to show the water vapour (steam) rising and falling back down into the empty bowl (condensation). Lots of STEM fun!
