We are many weeks in now and the caterpillars have been feeding non stop. They are all roughly 10 times their original size. They have been named, Ronaldo, Dude,Charlie, Rose and Navy in P3/4/5 and Rosie,Cormac,Rory, Daisy and Cherry In P1/2. Over the past couple of days they have been making their way to the top of the containers ready to transform. Some have already enclosed themselves in their chrysalis. These will be transferred shortly into the butterfly net for the process of metamorphosis. The children are very excited to see the next stage over the next few weeks. 🐛🐛🐛🐛🐛🐛🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋
