This morning we participated in our annual bird watch and walk across the fields of Kilclief. Our local organic farmer, Mick McMullan led us all on an educational and informative walk through our local highway, woodland and fields in order to spot and count the many different species of birds we are fortunate to have in our locality. The children thoroughly enjoyed the trip out, using the binoculars, hugging the trees, collecting evidence of nature and recording on their bird count work sheets. They especially enjoyed the hot chocolate treat when we returned back to school. Thank you to everyone involved in the organisation. 🐦⬛🐦🐦⬛🐦🪶🪶🪶❤️💚
