The boys and girls throughout the school had the opportunity for some small group/one to one play based therapy sessions with Gemma from Autism Consultant Ni. The children were very excited to welcome Gemma back this year and were eager to participate in activities with her. They were given the opportunity to talk about their worries and anxieties whilst creating some wonderful characters from play doh. It was great having this to help our mental health whilst having fun! Here is a preview of what some of the children got up to. The smiles say it all! We are already looking forward to her sessions next week.
