St Malachy’s PS is delighted to welcome Grainne McNamara as the new Principal to the School.
Mrs McNamara will be taking up her post on the 4th January 2022. Grainne brings a wealth of experience both in terms of teaching and leadership from her previous role as Vice Principal at St Brigid's Primary School, Downpatrick.
The Board of Governors were thrilled with the appointment, commenting “Grainne’s fresh thinking, unwavering vocation to teaching and standards, along with a compassionate and nurturing approach to all children in her care will ensure St Malachy’s PS goes from strength to strength into the future.”
We are now at an exciting juncture in the history of the school and look forward to very positive times ahead at St Malachy's PS.
