Today we all wore an item of red clothing and/or accessories to raise awareness for National Heart Day. Cleona from Ulster GAA discussed the importance of staying healthy and keeping our hearts healthy. We did lots of practical activities and raised our heart rates. It was great fun but we also l realised how important it is to look after ourselves and make good choices with health, diet and fitness.
