It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas.
The little elves in St Malachy’s Kilclief have been very busy so far in the month of December. They have been decorating the walls, windows and doors for the festive season. The children have been creating artwork for the school and dinner hall as we lead up to our annual Christmas market evening. There will be lots of treats available in the dinner hall, lots of crafts and gifts available to purchase in the classrooms as well a chance to visit Santa and Mrs Claus in the outdoor classroom. It’s an evening not to be missed. Santa and Mrs Claus will be arriving at 6pm.
A special thank you to a local parishioner who donated a very generous gift of a crib for display in the school. Another special feature is our St Malachy’s postbox for all your Christmas cards to be distributed through the classes to friends and staff.
May we also extend a big thank you to the families who have already donated some non perishable goods for our SVP hampers. We have several made up already. Any other donations for the hampers and Christmas draw are much appreciated and can be delivered into the school office or class teachers.
