Our KS1 and KS2 pupils recently completed a workshop with Ulster Museum’s ‘Museum on the Move.’ They were looking at artefacts from farm life years ago, this ties in nicely with our topic this term ‘Houses and Homes.’ The pupils looked at items that would have been used on farms years ago, before electricity etc. They then had a go at making some soda bread using ingredients that would have been supplied by farmers years ago (we didn’t have a griddle so we improvised).
