Today our wonderful Primary Four boys and girls received their First Holy Communion. It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining and you were all outstanding!
Many thanks to everyone who helped make today so special and wonderful for the children and their families and to Fr John for leading a lovely mass for us all.
Thanks to the boys and girls who came to support Primary Four by singing in the choir- your singing was beautiful! Also to the Primary 7 parents for providing the refreshments for tea after the service, to all the staff in school for their help and support in preparing the children and for offering their assistance today, especially Mrs Savage.
A special thank you also to Geraldine and Ted for their beautiful gift of rosary beads for the children. So very thoughtful and much appreciated.
We are extremely proud of our St Malachy’s community and once again the pupils have excelled themselves. Well done everybody, enjoy the rest of your celebrations and we will see you all in school on Monday. ❤️💚
