This afternoon we had workshops for each of the key stages on the importance of Farm safety. The ‘Be aware kids’ child safety on farms campaign is part of HSENI’s commitment to eliminating fatal accidents and serious injuries on Northern Ireland’s farms. Our visitor from HSENI answered lots of questions, showed the children different farm safety scenarios in pictures for them to discuss as well as a farm safety video created by children for children.
