This week P6/7 have been planning, researching and writing their own explanation texts linking our WAU topic of ‘Eco-Warriors’. They have been choosing how to explain an aspect of global warming such as ‘Why are the polar ice caps melting?’ And ‘How can we slow down climate change?’. The children have been so engaged and enthusiastic with this topic and are keen to help make a change!
The children then chose a form of ICT to present their explanation including PowerPoint presentations, explanation texts using word or brochures using Publisher. The children will now present their work to the class and answer questions about their topic. Super work boys and girls!
