In cookery club this week we made raspberry and white chocolate cheesecakes. The children were brilliant at crushing the biscuits, mixing up the cream and soft cheese. They added raspberries and white chocolate chunks to the mix and decorated their own individual cheesecakes with individuality. The results looked delicious and fantastic. Hope everyone waited until after dinner and enjoyed the desserts.
