The children had a ‘dreamy’ first session in art club today making dream catchers! We took the time to perfect our cutting skills, and discussed the best way to cut out the inside of the dream catcher- there were different approaches! The children then coloured and embellished their dream catchers with gems, feathers and beads, whilst carefully weaving the ‘web’ ready to catch bad dreams. There was a beautifully calm atmosphere, as the children chatted about where they would place their dream catcher when they brought it home, and of course about funny dreams they have had before! Lots of beautiful dream catchers were created today, very well done boys and girls!
